Ingredients 3 large bananas 1 tbsp ground flaxseed 1/3 cup cocoa powder 1/4 cup stevia 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 3/4 cup flour of choice Optional: Handful of chocolate chips Method Preheat the oven to 375 and lightly grease a muffin tin. In a high-speed blender or food processor, blend together the bananas, flaxseed, cocoa, stevia, vanilla, baking powder, and baking soda until smooth. Add in the flour and pulse to combine. If using, stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed. Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each around 2/3 of the way full. Bake for 15-20 mins until firm to the touch and a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy lovelies!
